As a lifelong horseman who grew up showing jumpers, transporting horses came naturally to Joel Rifkin who was transporting his own horses to shows at 15 years old. Continuing to ride through college, Joel started taking fewer horses of his own to shows and at the same time, other people expressed interest in him hauling their horses. Established in 2011 with a single truck and trailer, Run Amok Transportation has grown to 8 trucks and trailers and has become a premiere horse transportation company. Based in Littleton, Colorado with a hub in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas, Run Amok Transportation provides service throughout the United States and parts of Canada. Joel Rifkin continues to go by the same motto he did as a rider: “If you ride well, the ribbons will come” and with Run Amok Transportation, they’ll do their part to help you get your ribbons!
