Membership Inquiries

To become a member of the National Horse Carriers Association, all applicants must meet all requirements of the National Horse Carriers Association bylaws in Article Ill section A. They include but aren't limited to :

• Must be in good standing with the United States Department of Transportation as a common carrier with livestock authority

• Must be in the horse transportation business for a minimum, and verifiable, 3 years as a common carrier with livestock authority

• Must be sponsored by a current member in good standing

• The sponsor must contact a member of the National Horse Carriers Association Board of Directors to obtain a New Member Application, at which time the applicant will receive additional information.
